2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Disliking the fragrance

Slight packaging differences

Used or opened products
Since perfumes are personal-use items, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide clear pictures or video of the issue

Wait for approval from our support team
Do not send the product back without confirmation.
4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side).
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
