Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is leaking or broken upon arrival

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the fragrance

  • Slight packaging differences

  • Used or opened products

Since perfumes are personal-use items, we maintain strict hygiene standards.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear pictures or video of the issue

  4. Wait for approval from our support team

Do not send the product back without confirmation.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake was from our side).


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
